Front Office Staff

Monday – Friday

Full-Time

No weekends or holidays

Keystone Women’s Care is seeking a Front Office Staff member to join our team!

Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients with professionalism and warmth

Verifying insurance and updating patient demographics

Collecting payments and managing check-in/check-out processes

Thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

1–3 years of experience in reception duties, preferably in a medical setting

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
