Balanced Clinical Mix: 60% Obstetrics / 40% Gynecology
Advanced Surgical Resources: Two da Vinci® robots and dedicated OR block time
Robust Volume: 550–750 annual deliveries across the group
Streamlined Workflow: Epic EMR and full clinical support team (NPs, PAs, RNs, MAs)
Practice Autonomy: High degree of independence within a collegial, team-based setting

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Salary: $400K–$420K depending on experience
Quality and productivity bonuses, 600K earning potential
$50K bonus plus residency stipend available
