Job Summary
Seven Oaks Women’s Center is a well-established 8 Physician, privately owned OB/GYN group in San Antonio looking to hire an experience Associate Administrator.
The Associate Administrator works under the direct leadership of the Administrator and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the practice. This position ensures high-quality services are provided in alignment with established policies and procedures while working collaboratively with the Administrator, managers and physicians to manage overall operations. The Associate Administrator also oversees facility evaluations, staff performance measures, and operational improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across all office locations.
- Identify and implement procedural changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a liaison between providers and leadership, addressing clinical, operational, and other provider concerns.
- Regularly meet with the Administrator, Physicians and managers to provide recommendations, reporting, and insights.
- Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Oversee facility management, including relocations and new development opportunities.
- Assist with special projects as directed by the Administrator.

- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail in data entry and documentation
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service best practices
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration
JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years experience as an Associate Administrator or similar role
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Office environment.
- Local travel to satellite offices.
Pay: $95K/Annually
