Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Ultrasonographer to join our Bay View Ob-Gyn team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sonography, particularly Ob-Gyn. This role involves performing diagnostic imaging procedures and ensuring patient comfort. The Ultrasonographer will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care while utilizing advanced medical imaging technology.
Responsibilities
- Perform ultrasound examinations, including but not limited to obstetric, gynecological, and abdominal studies.
- Utilize sonography equipment effectively to capture high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging results.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurse practitioner to discuss findings and contribute to patient care plans.
- Educate patients on the ultrasound process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and best practices in sonography.
Experience
- Proven experience in Ob -GYN sonography is preferred.
- ARDM - Registered Ob - GYN
- Proficiency in using ultrasound equipment and understanding of imaging techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
