Experience
- 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
- Must have at least 24 months of Mother/Baby experience within the past 4 years.
- Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months.
Requirements
Candidates must have a California license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Unit Details
- Unit: L&D/PP
- L&D Beds: 8 with 6 overflow.
- Triage beds: 7 in L&D
- Postpartum beds: 40 beds (Mother/Baby, antepartum, and GYN)
- M/B, PP - 1:4 couplets.
Shift & Scheduling
- Weekend Requirement: Every other.
- Holidays: Rotate with core staff.
- Call Requirement: Not required, but could pick up if wanted.
Floating Requirements: Post Partum - First to Float.
Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
