Role Overview:
The Product Executive plays a critical role in managing the end-to-end journey of a product — from conceptualization to commercialization. This role bridges strategy and execution by supporting product development, market research, promotional planning, and coordination with internal teams to ensure product success in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Market Insights
- Assist in formulating product strategies based on current trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Identify new opportunities for product expansion or repositioning.
2. Marketing Content & Promotional Planning
- Collaborate with the clinical/medical team to create brochures, flyers, visual aids, digital assets, and campaign content.
- Coordinate with agency for timely development of promotional material.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns (print, digital, on-ground) across geographies.
3. Sales Enablement & Training Support
- Create training presentations, product monographs, FAQs, and objection-handling tools for the sales team.
- Work closely with field teams to understand their challenges and develop support tools accordingly.
- Organize and support sales team meetings, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
- Train sales team on usage of promotional material

5. Product Performance Tracking
- Monitor KPIs such as sales volume, market share, and campaign effectiveness.
- Maintain dashboards and reports for review.
- Gather feedback from customers and field teams to support continuous product improvement.
6. Operational Support
- Maintain accurate product documentation, data sheets, and marketing collaterals.
- Track inventory of promotional materials and coordinate courier dispatches as needed.
- Help manage vendor relationships, budget tracking, PO generation and invoice processing.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Marketing, or Business
- 1–3 years of experience in product management, brand management, or sales/marketing coordination
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and marketing tools
