Job Description
Accounts Receivable/Payable Management
- Oversee the timely billing of services provided by the hospital and ensure accurate recording of accounts receivable/payable transactions.
- Maintain a 95% collection rate for accounts receivable within agreed-upon payment terms.
Audit and Compliance
- Achieve a minimum of 90% compliance score on internal/external audits.
Cost Control
- Analyze costs across different departments, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to 100% control expenses while maintaining operational efficiency.
Cash Flow Management
- Monitor and manage 100% cash flows to ensure optimal utilization of funds, timely payments, and efficient cash management strategies.
- Maintain 100% cash flow ratios by effectively managing inflows and outflows.
Timely TDS Compliance
- Ensure 100% accurate deduction, calculation, and timely deposit of TDS as per statutory requirements.
- Achieve high compliance rates by accurately deducting TDS on applicable transactions.
- Prepare 100 % accurate TDS challans and submit them within due dates.
Income Tax Filing
- Ensure to prepare and file 100% income tax returns accurately within the specified deadlines.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax laws to ensure compliance and optimize tax benefits for the organization.
Record Maintenance
- Ensure to maintain 100% up-to-date financial records in accordance with established accounting standards.
- Ensure 100% documentation for all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, bank statements ,etc.
MIS Management
- Ensure accurate and 100% preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and other management reports.
- Timely submission of error-free MIS reports.
