⭐About the Location
With 5 sites - Albury, Wodonga, Lavington, Wangaratta and Yarrawonga, situated on the Murray River border of NSW and Victoria, and perfectly located between Melbourne and Sydney.
️About the Role
The X-Ray Group are seeking experienced Sonographers to join the team in the Wangaratta. You will be a part of our collaborative, committed Sonography team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities include
- Conduct a variety of scans including a mix of general, MSK, vascular, obstetrics and gynaecological studies.
- Enjoy a varied mix of hospital and private clinic work, as well as a state of the art, dedicated breast imaging clinic (if applicable)
- Weekend and on-call work available.
- Collaborate with radiologists and colleagues.
- Ensure rooms are restocked, cleaned and patients are finalized.
About You
- Graduate Diploma or Masters of Medical Ultrasound with current registration with the Australian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
- Ideally 2+ years postgraduate ultrasound experience
- An all-rounder with competencies in a variety of ultrasound examinations including breast, general, MSK, obstetrics and vascular.
- Prepared to participate in a rotating weekend on-call roster between 6pm - 8am.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A willingness to participate in further education and continued professional development programs.
- Experience with Canon and GE ideal.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people internally and externally
