What we are looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a Dutch HBO program in (Digital) Marketing or a master’s program
- Preferably have work experience in an office environment
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, and hands-on with a true “can do” mindset
- Experience with creating social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and analyzing results
- Able to commute to our Hoofddorp office 3 days per week
- Strong interest in Marketing & Sales
- Dutch speaker with excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

Main responsibilities and tasks:
- Explore and develop your own interests and skills through a personalized marketing or sales project.
- Support the Market Managers in campaign development, market research and customer communications specifically focused on social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.)
- Maintain regular contact with other internal departments (such as sales, logistics and finance) and with external partners (including clients, distributors, and marketing agencies).
- Help improve commercial processes and contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.

You will receive coaching on marketing strategies and commercial processes within NP BNLX from experienced marketing colleagues.
We offer a paid Internship, travel compensation and a hybrid way of working.

This internship is based in one of our Nordic Pharma Headquarters located in Hoofddorp, close to public transport and with free parking. Unfortunately, we cannot help you with relocation or visa support.
