We are seeking a skilled and compassionate
Registered Nurse (BSN) with
psychiatric experience for an
8-week contract assignment supporting the
Residential Program in Rockville, MD. This role is vital in providing medical and psychiatric support to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises in a short-term residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver routine health assessments, medication management, and support for psychiatric clients
- Collaborate with clinical staff and case managers to monitor clients’ mental and physical well-being
- Assist in crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization efforts
- Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all clinical protocols
- Communicate with external healthcare providers as needed
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a team-based environment
- Criminal Background Check and Drug Testing Required
Details:
- This is a contract position for a duration of 8 weeks
- Hours: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)
