Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D / LDRP - Nights (48 hours/week)

Are you an experienced and compassionate Labor & Delivery / LDRP Registered Nurse looking for a fulfilling night shift role? One of our Hospital clients is seeking skilled LDRP RNs to join our dedicated team! We have 3 open positions available.
About the Role:
As an LDRP RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to expectant mothers, laboring patients, and postpartum families, as well as their newborns. This full-time night shift position involves 12-hour shifts with an Every Other Weekend (EOW) schedule. Flexibility to float is also required.

Responsibilities Include:
- Providing expert care during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum periods.
- Monitoring maternal and fetal well-being using advanced techniques.
- Assisting with newborn care and educating new parents.
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Responding to emergent situations with calm and expertise.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience as an LDRP or L&D Registered Nurse.
- Certifications: AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring and BLS are required.
- Current RN license in North Dakota (or compact state eligibility).
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and Every Other Weekend.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
