Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and caring Malayalam speaking Staff Nurse (B.Sc / GNM) to join our Pediatric Clinic in Whitefield, Bangalore. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to children, supporting pediatricians during consultations, and ensuring a child-friendly, safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist pediatricians during examinations, immunizations, and minor procedures.

Administer prescribed medications, vaccinations, and monitor pediatric patients.

Support parents with education on child care, nutrition, and immunization schedules.

Maintain accurate medical and nursing records for each child.

Ensure infection control practices and a hygienic environment in the clinic.

Handle pediatric emergencies calmly and effectively if they arise.

Build rapport with children and their families to create a comforting experience.

Requirements:

✅ Education: B.Sc Nursing or GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)
✅ Registration: Valid Karnataka Nursing Council Registration
✅ Language Skills: Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory; English/Hindi/Kannada preferred.
✅ Experience: 1–3 years in pediatric care preferred (Freshers with pediatric exposure may apply)
✅ Key Skills: Pediatric patient care, child-friendly communication, empathy, and teamwork.

Work Schedule:

Day Slot Only – 9 AM to 6 PM
6 days working (Sunday off / rotational weekly off if applicable)
