Job Description: Gynecologist (MD)

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Gynecologist (MD) to join our multispecialty clinic. The physician will provide comprehensive gynecological care, including preventive services, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment of conditions affecting women’s reproductive health. The ideal candidate will be patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive gynecological care including preventive exams, screenings, and management of reproductive health issues.
Diagnose and treat gynecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, infections, and menopause-related concerns.
Perform in-office procedures such as pap smears, colposcopies, IUD placements, biopsies, and other minor gynecological interventions.
Collaborate with other specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, disease prevention, and lifestyle management.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) with specialization in Gynecology.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gynecology.
Current and unrestricted medical license in New York.
DEA license in good standing.
Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a wide spectrum of gynecological conditions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of medical practice and ethics.
