We have an exceptional opportunity as an Interim OB & Women's Services Director for a hospital in Springfield, OR.

Essential Functions:
- Provides overall supervision of nursing for patient care units.
- Maintains direct accountability for the financial, operational and mission performance for specific services/departments assigned.
- Works in full collaboration and cooperation with all areas to coordinate services that will support the strategic goals and mission of the hospital.
- Maintains responsibility for coordinating services of departments including staffing, operational policies and procedures, systems and programs, standards and compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Establishes and achieves appropriate patient care standards and coordinates the services with the appropriate clinical management team.
Job Details:
- Approximately 200 FTE report to this OB Director role.
- DNV accreditation survey is coming very soon, so the client anticipates opportunities for regulatory improvement plans post-survey.
- Average weekly patient volume on the unit is Peds-6; LD- 6 deliveries per day; NICU-18 (Level 3); OB-25
Experience:
- 5+ years of OB/WCH experience.
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
Education:
Certifications/Licensure:
- Active OR RN License (can apply for a Temp OR RN license upon offer)
- BLS/ACLS
- PALS required
Tentative Compensation Plan:
- 13 week contract with opportunity to extend
- W-2 Pay: $3,400 - $3,500/week, paid weekly
