Busy GYN office seeking a PT medical receptionist who is available Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. This person will be the face of the practice so she needs to be professional and in tune with the needs of the patient. Organizational skills are a must and the candidate must be fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Greeting and registering the patient
Being aware of coverage and financial responsibility
Notifying patient educator of the coverage and finances
Verifying insurance
Filing charts.
Helping with paperwork and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Medical office experience is a MUST as is computer literacy.

The salary of $21-$22 an hour is competitive.

Benefits include paid time off, vacation time, free life insurance and the option of medical insurance jointly funded by the office (about 70%) and the staff member
(30%).
