For seventeen years our physicians, nurses, and staff have worked together toward the common goal of helping our patients become parents. Due to our tremendous growth, RMA of MI, one of the top fertility practices in the United States, has an open position.

We are seeking an experienced medical receptionist. The position encompasses all areas of a medical front office. Candidate must possess a positive attitude, have the ability to follow direction, pays attention to detail and is a strong team player.

Responsibilities:

The primary function of this position is patient check in & out, over the counter collection, insurance verification, answering & routing phone calls, patient scheduling, data entry. Etc.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have the ability to work independently, demonstrate good judgment and remain composed under stress. High energy, excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; prior EMR experience. Etc.

Practice is open 7 days a week therefore, weekend and holiday coverage is required but rotational. Work schedule is Monday thru Friday, 8 hours per day starting as early as 5:30 am. Rotating holidays and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
