Certified Nurse Midwife (Clinic & Vaginal Births – OB/GYN Patients)

An established and growing OB/GYN clinic in Rockwall, Texas is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our team. This role includes outpatient clinic care and managing vaginal births in collaboration with our physician team.
Position Overview:
This is a full-scope midwifery position, primarily based in the clinic with the opportunity to attend vaginal deliveries. The CNM will care for a wide range of OB and GYN patients, focusing on personalized, evidence-based care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prenatal, postpartum, and gynecologic care in a clinic setting
- Attend and manage vaginal births in a hospital setting
- Conduct well-woman exams, contraceptive counseling, and address GYN concerns
- Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians and advanced practice providers
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and other diagnostics
- Educate and counsel patients on reproductive health and pregnancy
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications:
- Licensed Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) in the state of Texas
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse-Midwifery program
- Current DEA license and prescriptive authority (or eligible)
- Experience attending vaginal deliveries preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
- Passion for comprehensive women's health
