Key Responsibilities
- Assist in posting job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Maintain employee records and update internal HR databases
- Support onboarding process (document collection, orientation scheduling, etc.)
- Help organize training sessions and HR events
- Prepare HR-related documents such as contracts, forms, and letters
- Respond to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies or procedures
- Support payroll and benefits administration as needed
- File and maintain confidential documents properly
- Perform general administrative duties to support the HR department
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Basic understanding of HR functions is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations (optional)
