About the Role

As an experienced Medical Assistant for the OR, reporting to our Lead OR MA and your home Clinic Manager, you will work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where your expertise, professionalism and collaboration skills will be highly valued. This role is a full-time in person position working in the operating room. You may also be required to help with phlebotomy on occasion to fill coverage needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Ability to perform all duties as a Medical Assistant.
Support other clinics when needed to cover PTO, vacations, and leaves either as directed by the training manager.
Ensure compliance with changes in clinical and operational protocols, procedures, & policies.
Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with members of the Kindbody team.
Support with inventory & procurement management.

Expectations:

When working in your home clinic you will be
In office M-F for 8 hours a day
Provide weekend coverage as needed

Who You Are

Graduate of a formal MA program
Willing to be flexible, roll with the punches, multi-task, and troubleshoot problems
Proven ability to work autonomously and remotely
