National Baby Co. is growing, and we’re looking for passionate and experienced doulas to join our team throughout the US, specifically the Atlanta Metro Area. We provide birth and postpartum families with compassionate, professional, and holistic support — and we want doulas who share that mission.
We are currently seeking:
- Overnight postpartum doulas
- Daytime postpartum doulas
- Birth doulas

What We’re Looking For:
- Trained or certified doula (birth and/or postpartum)
- CPR/First Aid Certified
- Hold liability insurance and have service agreements for your business
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team
- Preference will be given to postpartum doulas who qualify for Carrot reimbursement
Compensation:
Doulas with National Baby Co. set their own rates, allowing for flexibility based on client needs.
