- General Summary of Duties: This position is responsible for front desk/check out tasks as well as day-to-day administrative and general office duties at local Ob/Gyn clinic. Candidate should have strong customer service & computer skills.
- Responsibilities/Tasks:
- Check in patients verifying demographics and benefts.
- Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls.
- Schedule patient appointments via phone and in person ensuring appropriate scheduling guidelines are followed.
- Facilitates patient flow and communicates delays with patients and clinical staff.
- Responsible for keeping the reception and patient waiting areas, and office files clean and organized.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
