The Women, Children & Families Clinical Group have a vacancy for the post of Clerical Officer/Receptionist to work within Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Ninewells Hospital.
We are looking for a person who has a positive team working approach. Excellent IT skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people including patients, clinicians and other departments are essential. Training will be provided. Knowledge of NHS administration systems would be advantageous as well as previous typing experience.
Hours of Work: 37 Monday-Friday
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
