We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask efficiently while providing outstanding patient care and support for our clinical staff.
Responsibilities

Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.

Answer phones and greet/check in patients and visitors.

Check and document vital signs.

Escort patients to exam rooms.

Assist physicians and nursing staff during clinical procedures.

Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture/blood draws), order tests, and prepare specimens for send-out.

Administer intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (SC) injections.

Maintain patient records and accounts.

Manage inventory of office and clinical supplies and reorder as needed.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office required.

Phlebotomy skills required.

Current CPR/BLS certification required.

Occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) preferred.

Infertility or OB/GYN office experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities.

Adherence to all policies, HIPAA regulations, safety, and sanitation standards.
