Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage comprehensive prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care for mothers
- Perform deliveries, including high-risk obstetric cases, with a strong focus on maternal and fetal safety
- Conduct gynecological examinations, diagnosis, and treatment of various women's health issues
- Provide preconception counseling and family planning services
- Educate patients on reproductive health and preventive care options
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay abreast of industry advancements
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records following regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Current, valid medical license to practice
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Consultant role within Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Expertise in managing both routine and complex obstetric cases and gynecological surgeries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions
- Ability to function in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
