Your impact
- Deliver a personalized, inclusive and elevated care experience in a collaborative and a multidisciplinary environment
- Bring strong verbal and written communications that allow patients to feel heard and supported
Your responsibilities
- Coordinate the physician and nurse practitioner’s clinic schedules
- Ensure all new patients are prepared for their initial consult and all returning patients have completed all necessary testing, etc
- Communicate with patients via phone, email and EMR portal
- Communicate all next steps and upload educational content to all patients
- Manage and track all ROIs and outgoing patient referrals
- Communicate with other physician and allied health care provider offices as needed
- Coordinate all early pregnancy ultrasounds and clinic appointments
Your experience
- Previous related experience in a medical or clinical office environment
- Successful completion of a post-secondary certificate or diploma in Medical Administration or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of discretion
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must enjoy learning and interacting with people of all backgrounds
- Experience, willingness and comfort with providing care to LGBT2SQ individuals and couples
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change
- Excellent time management abilities and attention to detail
- Highly effective organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability
- Experience working within an EMR and/or CRM (preferred)
Your schedule
- Full-Time Position
- Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts
- Regular Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
