Job Title: Full-Time Phlebotomist
Location: Victory Reproductive Care, Windsor, Ontario
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Every other Saturday 7am-12pm with time in lieu)

Victory Reproductive Care is a busy, patient-focused fertility clinic committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive reproductive care. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional full-time Phlebotomist to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
As a Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in supporting fertility treatments through accurate and timely blood collection and processing. Our Phlebotomy team also takes care of laundry, stocking, room prep. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform venipunctures and other specimen collection procedures efficiently and accurately
- Label, handle, and process blood samples in accordance with clinic and lab protocols
- Ensure proper patient identification and maintain accurate documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the blood draw area and equipment
- Collaborate with nursing and laboratory teams to support patient care
- Provide compassionate care and comfort to patients undergoing fertility treatment
- Adhere to safety and infection control procedures at all times
- Participate in weekend rotation as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Phlebotomy or Medical Laboratory Assistant program
- Certification from a recognized regulatory body (if applicable in Ontario)
- Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred, ideally in a clinical or fertility setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with flexibility for weekend shifts
