Pride Health is hiring a Ultrasound Technologist - OB/GYN to support our client’s medical facility in Flushing, NY 11355. This is a 14-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!
Job Summary:
• Ultrasound Technologist - OB/GYN. 40 hours per week (5x8s, Days (flexible): 8a-4p, 9a-5p, 10a-6p depending on needs of dept on that day)
• Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Ultra Sonographer required
• ARDMS
• BLS (AHA)
• High School Diploma/GED; completion of formal, approved Ultrasound training course
Ultrasound Technologist - OB/GYN:
• Gathers patient history and educates them on the procedure and what to expect.
• Positions the patient correctly and adjusts the ultrasound transducer to capture clear, high-quality images.
• Operates ultrasound equipment to produce images of the female reproductive organs (gynecological) or to visualize the fetus and monitor the pregnancy (obstetrical).
• Critically evaluates the quality and diagnostic content of the images, ensuring they are useful for physicians.
Experience required:
• Two years experience as an Ultrasound Technologist OBGYN required.
• GYN scans.
• Transvaginal, transabdominal and Duplex Doppler.
• GYN ultrasounds, with duplex doppler.
• Knowledge of Epic System preferred.

• Job Duration: 14 weeks
• Shifts: 40 hours per week (5x8s, Days (flexible): 8a-4p, 9a-5p, 10a-6p depending on needs of dept on that day)
• Weekly Travel Pay Range: $2500/week to $2700/week
