We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologist to join our team on a part-time, independent contractor basis for one half-day per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-day schedule as patient volume expands. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to maintain a part-time clinical presence or supplement their existing practice in a flexible, supportive environment.Responsibilities:

Perform routine gynecological exams, Pap smears, STI testing and treatment
Address general women's health concerns and support medication management when needed
Communicate and coordinate care with our on-site primary care and behavioral health teams
Maintain clear and timely documentation in our electronic medical record

Requirements:

Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Current California medical license in good standing
Ability to provide own malpractice insurance (required – not covered by clinic)
Experience or comfort working with recovery and trauma-informed populations
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach

Compensation:

Competitive hourly or flat rate (discussed during interview)
Flexible schedule: you choose morning or afternoon availability
No on-call, low patient volume, and strong support staff
