Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with FDA tissue regulations and review donor charts for FDA eligibility determination
- Conduct donor assessments and collect relevant medical data
- Coordinate donation cycles, including medication schedules and donor communications
- Educate and support donors, answering questions and providing resources
- Perform transvaginal ultrasounds for follicular measurements
- Conduct FDA physicals for male and female donors under physician supervision
- Assist with egg retrieval procedures and provide recovery care
- Ensure accuracy and completion of all consents and pre-op paperwork
- Participate in quality improvement and research initiatives when needed
- Support additional clinical duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing
- Experience: Previous experience in an IVF or fertility clinic is higly preferred, but not required
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, EMR systems, and databases. Experience performing or assisting with diagnostic ultrasounds preferred; familiarity with transvaginal ultrasounds is highly desirable.

Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time (Minimum 40 hours/week)
- Schedule: Primarily weekdays, with potential for occational weekends
- Location: On-site in Scottsdale, Arizona (there will be consideration for relocation for the right candidate.
