We are seeking a Lab Technologist to perform clinical and diagnostic procedures in our Andrology & Reproductive Endocrine Laboratories. This role ensures quality control, accurate patient testing, and efficient laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

Conduct semen analysis, morphology assessment, cryopreservation, and sperm preparation for IUI.
Perform hormone and infectious disease assays using the Roche analyzer.
Maintain quality control, troubleshoot errors, and ensure accurate documentation.
Manage lab inventory, equipment maintenance, and compliance with CLIA and C.A.P. standards.
Support donor sperm coordination and proficiency testing processes.
Travel to satellite labs as needed for specimen processing.

Qualifications

BS in Biological Sciences (Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field).
Strong aptitude for laboratory services and technical procedures.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic clinical environment.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with great attention to detail.
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekend, holiday, and on-call availability.
