Join Our Team as a Medical Director in Maternal Fetal Medicine
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Medical Director to take the lead in our Regional Maternal Fetal Medicine team located in vibrant Muskegon, Michigan.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide physician leadership and oversight for the Maternal Fetal Medicine Service Line.
- Collaborate with Administrative & Clinical Directors for Women’s & Children’s Services.
- Work alongside OB/GYN Medical Directors in Grand Rapids and Lakeshore.
- Oversee the service line to ensure high-quality care for complex maternal fetal cases.
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care for high-risk pregnancies.
- Coordinate care with obstetricians, neonatologists, and other specialists.
- Enhance the Maternal Fetal Medicine program through leadership.
- Achieve quality, service excellence, and financial objectives.
- Educate and mentor medical students and residents.
- Perform a variety of obstetric and gynecologic procedures.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- Minimum of 5 years of Maternal Fetal Medicine experience.
- 2 years of leadership experience preferred.
- MI medical license or willing to obtain.
- DEA certification or willing to obtain.
- BLS and ACLS certification or willing to obtain.
- Visa support required (H1B accepted, no J1).
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
- DEA license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Active Michigan medical license or the willingness to obtain one.
