Position Highlights:Join established practice with 3 physicians and 3 Advanced PractitionersHours of Business: Monday -Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, and Friday 8am to 12pm Work week will varyReasonable call schedule that fits work life balance Patient volume: 20-25 patients per dayEffectively identifies, evaluate and addresses disease prevention and health promotion issues of the population in the practice while administering quality patient care.Provide pre- and post-natal care, family planning services, and patient education and counselingWorks in an independent and interdependent relationship with the physician, other providers and practice manager, which allows for consultation, collaboration or referral. Works in a leadership role with the staff.Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of acute, chronic and long-term healthcare issues.Educated patients and/or families about preventive care, medical issues and the use of prescribed medical treatment and/or medication.
