Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Medical Advisor with a clinical medical degree and hands-on clinical experience to support our IVF laboratory equipment and technologies. Based in Hong Kong, this role will provide expert clinical guidance, support training programs, and ensure that our products are implemented effectively in fertility clinics across the region. The ideal candidate is a medically trained professional with a strong understanding of reproductive health, IVF procedures, and patient care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary medical and clinical expert on the company’s IVF-related medical devices in the APAC region.
- Provide clinical insights and hands-on support to healthcare professionals, embryologists, and IVF lab staff.
- Design and deliver scientific training programs and clinical workshops for internal teams and external customers.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment of clinical needs with product development.
- Support post-market clinical follow-up, including real-world evidence collection, safety monitoring, and feedback analysis.
- Review clinical documentation and materials to ensure medical accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as a liaison between the company and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in reproductive medicine and assisted reproduction.
- Stay current on clinical best practices, IVF advancements, and relevant regulatory guidelines in Hong Kong and the broader APAC region.
Qualifications:
- Clinical medicine degree is required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, preferably in reproductive medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, or fertility-related specialties.
- In-depth understanding of IVF protocols, embryology lab procedures, and ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
- Experience in a medical device, biotech, or life sciences company is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative and collaborative skills.
- Willingness to base in Hong Kong
