The Male Fertility Clinic is a small and friendly team of healthcare professionals passionate about helping men on their journeys to starting a family. We specialise in diagnostic testing for men who wish to understand more about their fertility and learn about ways to improve their chances of conceiving. Our dedicated team offers personalized care and support in a professional environment. We have a clinic in London Victoria which has been open since 2021, and we are now recruiting for our second site in Manchester.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Andrologist located in Manchester, UK. The Andrologist will be responsible for:

Conducting semen analyses and sample preparation for advanced testing
Consulting with patients
Appointment management
Laboratory maintenance and quality control
Creating educational social media posts
Writing SOPs and lab protocols

Qualifications

Experience in semen analysis and male fertility assessments
Life Sciences degree (essential) - Reproductive science degree or equivalent (desirable, not essential), HCPC registration (desirable but not essential).

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Ability to work autonomously
Attention to detail and excellent record-keeping
Ideal Candidate must be extremely reliable

This is an exciting opportunity to join a young and growing company, initially on a part-time basis and with scope to increase hours to a full-time role.

Please note that Saturday and evening shifts are crucial to our business and therefore will be required as part of core hours.

Salary dependent on experience. (pro-rata)
