Othello Community Hospital is a full-service, critical access hospital located in Othello, Washington. Open 24/7, it provides both inpatient and outpatient care to the surrounding Adams County community with a strong commitment to accessible, high-quality healthcare.

OPEN POSITION: Registered Nurse – Day Shift
As a Day Shift RN at Othello Community Hospital, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in the Acute Care/Med-Surg and Obstetrics (OB) departments. You’ll assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients and their families.

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Status: Part-Time (non-benefit eligible)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform and coordinate total nursing care using the nursing process
-
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols
-
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
-
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
-
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and infection control standards
-
Collaborate with physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
-
Float between departments as needed (training provided)
QUALIFICATIONS:
-
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
-
Current Washington State RN license
-
BLS certification required at hire
-
ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP.

Experience in Acute Care/Med-Surg and OB preferred (training available)
