Position Overview:
We’re currently seeking a compassionate and capable Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) or Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) to join our dedicated team. This role includes providing prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and well-woman care in a birth center setting. Our ideal candidate is collaborative, confident, and passionate about out-of-hospital birth.
Schedule & Call:
- Clinic: 5 clinic days every 2 weeks
- Call: 50% call (shared equally)
- Support: Owner and Nurse Midwife Trish is readily available for collaboration and support during call shifts
- Flexible scheduling options available to fit your life
- New graduates welcome – mentorship and guidance provided
- Open to a part-time schedule
Qualifications:
- Current certification and license as a CNM (Texas license or eligibility) or CPM (Licensed Midwife in Texas)
- Current CPR and NRP certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-centered approach
- Ability to provide culturally competent care in a diverse community
