Job Title: Physician Liaison – Southern Colorado

As part of our growth and expansion across the U.S., we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Physician Liaison to help lead our referral development efforts in Southern Colorado. This individual will play an instrumental role in the success of our Colorado region by developing and maintaining strong provider relationships, generating new patient referrals, and ensuring alignment between the field and clinic operations.
The Physician Liaison (PL) will serve as the primary point of contact for community providers and their teams, representing the CCRM brand and care model throughout the region. This role is responsible for developing new referral pipelines, nurturing existing partnerships, and contributing directly to monthly patient volume targets.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented relationship builder with a proven track record in healthcare sales or business development, who thrives on meeting performance goals and creating meaningful connections. This is a field-based role requiring 80%+ travel within the territory, with flexibility to meet with referring practices, host educational events, and collaborate regularly with the clinical and marketing teams.
1. Referral Development & Outreach
Proactively build relationships with OB/GYNs, primary care physicians, urologists, and other relevant providers to generate patient referrals.
Conduct both scheduled and drop-in visits to provider offices, emphasizing education, awareness, and value-added support.
Secure and coordinate provider-facing events such as lunch-and-learns, practice presentations, and in-office tours.
2. Market Alignment & Clinic Communication
Meet regularly with local Practice Administrators to ensure PL efforts align with clinic operations, schedules, staffing updates, and service offerings.
Maintain high-touch collaboration with REIs and front office teams to ensure accurate messaging and timely handoffs.
3. Performance Ownership
Directly accountable for monthly new patient visit (NPV) goals resulting from PL-led activities.
Maintain a weekly cadence of activity tracking and reporting in Salesforce CRM, including calls, visits, events, and referrals generated.
4. Event & Employer Engagement
Plan and execute employer-facing events and fertility education workshops to connect with employees in companies offering fertility benefits.
Represent CCRM at community events, health fairs, and relevant conferences to expand brand visibility and build new relationships.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with the regional marketing and clinical leadership teams to align on strategies, messaging, and market-specific initiatives.
Stay informed on regional competitors, payer landscape, and practice patterns to strengthen local positioning.
Monthly new patient visits (NPVs) generated from PL activities
Number of new referring providers established and nurtured
Quantity and quality of provider touchpoints logged in CRM
Events hosted and their contribution to lead generation
Feedback from Practice Administrators and REIs regarding market alignment and communication
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, marketing, or related field
2+ years of proven success in healthcare sales, referral development, or physician outreach
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
Proficient with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office
Willingness and ability to travel throughout Southern Colorado 80%+ of the time
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Previous experience in women’s health, fertility, or reproductive endocrinology
Deep understanding of the physician referral ecosystem and payer dynamics
Event planning experience for small group presentations or employer activations
Field-based role with frequent travel to physician offices, clinics, and community events
Occasional lifting or transport of materials (up to 40 lbs) for events and presentations
Flexible scheduling with occasional early mornings or evening events as needed
