We're Hiring! Birth + Postpartum Doulas Wanted in NJ
Om Mamas is growing—and we’re looking for warm, experienced, and dependable doulas to join our referral network! We serve families across Central and Northern New Jersey and are especially seeking doulas available for fall and winter 2025.
Whether you're newly certified or have years of experience, we welcome doulas who are passionate about supporting families with compassion, professionalism, and heart.
Requirements:
- Birth or postpartum doula training complete (certification preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Warm communication skills + professional presence
- Team-minded and responsive
