We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN)* with a strong background in clinical research coordination* to join our team at our new BH location. This is a full-time opportunity ideal for an RN who is passionate about both patient care and advancing medical research. Candidate needs to be able to commute to both Valley and BH locations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies in compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols
- Perform clinical duties including patient assessments, data collection, and monitoring of study participants
- Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary team members
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
- Prepare study materials and support regulatory submissions and audit readiness
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and professionalism
- IVF coordinator role for non study patients
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of CA
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in a related clinical research role
- Strong understanding of research protocols, IRB processes, and regulatory guidelines
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient with electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in Clinical Research (e.g., SOCRA or ACRP) preferred but not required
