We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and dependable Medical Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide clinical and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our fertility practice. This role involves direct patient interaction, assisting with procedures, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Duties
- Record patient histories and vital signs
- Perform blood draws and assist with on-site labs
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and verify insurance
- Assist physician with procedures and patient care
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Order supplies and stock exam and procedure rooms
- Perform administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or fertility is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude
