Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant to the Country Managing Director, located in Stueng Mean Chey. The Assistant will support the Country Managing Director by handling administrative tasks, managing communications, scheduling appointments, and coordinating activities. The role also involves clerical duties, phone etiquette, and executive administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations and effective time management for the director.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication
- Strong Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Previous experience in a healthcare organization is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
