The Division Chief – Obstetrics and Gynecology Medicine is responsible for clinical operations, quality improvement, and infrastructure. They ensure safe and efficient care, develop and implement policies, manage budgets, and foster collaboration across teams. The role involves maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, mentoring learners, and promoting patient and staff engagement. They also participate in direct patient care, community outreach, and clinical governance while representing the organization professionally. Successful candidates may be eligible for an academic appointment, commensurate with experience, at Weill Cornell Medicine Qatar.
Applicants must have a medical degree from an accredited school, board certification/CCT or equivalent, over 10 years of clinical experience post-CCT/board, and more than 3 years in academia. They should be proficient in management and fluent in English.
