The shift pattern for this position is 12 hour shifts Mon – Sun day & nights
Ward 56 Gynaecology Inpatient Ward
Elective and emergency Gynaecology
24 hour receiving 7 days per week
Works within multi-disciplinary team, the post holder will have the responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the
development of programmes and / or implementation and evaluation of these car programmes.
Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients within the Gynaecology services
Practice within the legal and ethical framework as established by NMC
Minimum criteria
Registered Nurse on the NMC register
Evidence of continued professional development
Ability to fulfil criteria in job description.

To work within HDU in Gynaecolgy – post operative Gynaecology Oncology patients with Intrathecal Morphine
Syringe driver training
Palliative care sessions
Emergency Gynaecology
CAIR assurance audits
