Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG) is the Southeast's largest and most trusted network of fertility centers, proudly serving families across six locations in the Carolinas. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our Greenville, SC office who is friendly, professional, and passionate about helping others. If you thrive in a supportive and purpose-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
Manage front desk duties and ensure smooth daily operations
Answer patient inquiries and schedule appointments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using our IMS (Information Management System)
Collaborate closely with medical and administrative staff

What We're Looking For:

At least 1 year of customer service experience; medical office experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
A polished, compassionate presence with excellent interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable navigating computer systems; experience with Electronic Medical Records (especially IMS) is a plus
Familiarity with insurance benefits and co-pay/co-insurance collection

Position Details:

Status: Full-time, non-exempt
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Friday, 7:30 AM-12:00 PM
Location: Onsite (in person, Greenville, SC); relocation assistance not provided
Compensation: Based on experience
