A rewarding opportunity exists for experienced Maternal and Child Health Nurses to provide a child-centred, and family-focused support services within our community. Commencing in July 2025, this role will cover an employee on long service leave until 19 September 2025. It is made up of 0.6 FTE in the Enhanced Program (3 days per week) and 0.4 in Universal Program (1 day per week). This role is willing to be split between programs of job shared.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- AHPRA registration as a division one nurse and midwife and hold an accredited postgraduate degree in Maternal and Child Health Nursing.
- Experience in Maternal and Child Health and a good understanding of family dynamics and needs of families with young children.
- A current Victorian Driver’s Licence.
- Working with Children Check.
- CDIS Software knowledge desirable.
