We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide high-quality mental health services to individuals experiencing emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. The LPCC will play a key role in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions. This position requires a strong commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and client-centered care.
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide ongoing individual, group, and/or family counseling sessions using evidence-based approaches.

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards and agency policies.

Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide referrals to other services when appropriate.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical professionals, and community partners.

Participate in clinical supervision, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements as mandated by state regulations.

Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Active and unrestricted LPCC license in the state of Kentucky.

Demonstrated experience providing therapy in clinical, community, or outpatient settings.

Familiarity with trauma-informed care and a variety of therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to maintain client confidentiality and practice within ethical boundaries.

Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
