Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be involved with sales quotations, pre-bid documents preparation, product presentation, and end-user training. Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, independent, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
•Prepares accurate sales quotations to Dealers or End-users and send thru email and Sales Force (CRM)
•In-charge of the price list updating, access and updating of quotation status at Sales Force (CRM)
•Seek approval of quotations from the Manager and discuss other requirements as requested by the dealer/end-user
•Person in-charge for events, end user seminars/training, and product presentations
•Preparation of pre-bid documents and other accreditation requirements
•Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the manager from time to time
• Responsible for decisions when to instigate the escalation process in order to resolve a customer concern/issue.
• Maintain online sales documentation on the Esco HK server including creating/updating the training materials (ppt)
• Provides effective teamwork, building a strong relationship with customer contacts
• Provide sales /application/ technical support to team
*End-user training /Medical seminar
*Promote Esco's service to customer at customer side
Requirements:
• A Diploma or a Degree in Embryology, Science, Engineering or other relevant scientific fields.
• A minimum of 3 year of relevant sales exposure.
• Candidates with relevant sales experience in other scientific related areas are encouraged to apply.
• Laboratory experience including working with standard laboratory equipment, such a biosafety cabinet, incubator, fume hoods, etc. will be a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English language
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced work environment with minimum supervision
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
• Strong business acumen.
• Ability to work outside of normal office hours when required to accommodate communication with stakeholders from different time zones
• Able to travel overseas
