About the role:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the Media and Analytics Manager and the Marketing team with various tasks, including but not limited to the development of content, planning and management of social media, planning and management of in-person and virtual events, copywriting, editing and data analytics.
In this 6 month contract, your day to day will include:
- Community Management – Monitor and moderate social media channels including Monash IVF Instagram and Facebook, Repromed Instagram and Facebook and others where required.
- Organic social media posts – writing, editing and uploading across Meta and LinkedIn.
- Assisting in the delivery and implementation of the content strategy for Monash IVF Group.
- Monitoring competitor activity, trends and macro factors.
- Tracking and measuring marketing performance and doctor performance across the patient pipeline.
- Developing key insights for the key states through competitor analysis and quarterly reporting.
- Coordinating monthly webinars for existing and prospective patients.
- Supporting the wider Marketing Team with general administration tasks as required.
Are you the ideal candidate for us?
If you are feeling energised and excited about the idea of making a real difference and helping people achieve their families we would love to hear from you. Ideally you will bring the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communication or Business or 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Facebook Manager and Google Analytics
- Exceptional communication and organisation skills
- Thorough understanding of design programs such as Canva, InDesign, Illustrator (highly desired)
- The ability to extract data and using it to report on performance and develop insights to improve marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to perform complex formulas and data driven queries
