Job Overview
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind Posterity's consumer and patient acquisition engine. You'll design, optimize, and measure multi-channel campaigns, paid media, website performance and conversion, product positioning, and consumer messaging and acquisition, all with the goal of making Posterity the most trusted and loved resource for men's health.
This is a hands-on role where you will:

Build and maintain a robust growth model to manage and inform our CAC, LTV, and ROAS goals, diving deep into data to uncover insights, drive A/B testing initiatives, and quickly iterate on learnings

Manage day-to-day campaign execution and conversion in our consumer/patient marketing automation platform

Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, own results, and deliver seamless patient experiences

Acquisition StrategyExecution

Develop, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (phone, mail, email, SMS, owned and organic social media).

Design, develop, launch, and be accountable for educational and other journeys to nurture, engage, and convert consumers and patients.

Understand our consumers and competitors and build an acquisition strategy that will make us the leader in male care.
Data AnalysisReporting

Build and maintain growth forecasts and models, tracking funnel metrics, and continuously optimizing to ensure we hit our growth targets.

Conduct ongoing A/B testing on creative, messaging, and workflows to drive continuous performance improvements.

Present data-driven insights, campaign performance, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Marketing AutomationPlatform Management

Serve as the in-house expert on our consumer/patient CRM tool, LeadSquared, designing and managing automated workflows to engage and convert patients.

Collaborate with Growth, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure accurate data flows and integrations between internal systems, marketing automation, and other tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Manage the work and strategy of external agencies, and coordinate work across external and internal partners.

Work closely with the Clinical, Operations, and Partnership teams to develop patient-centric campaigns that address unique clinical needs and drive program enrollment.

Create and own process for capturing and using patient testimonials and reviews in consumer, patient, and client communications and tactics.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar data-driven marketing role.

Proven track record designing and executing successful multi-channel D2C acquisition campaigns, with demonstrable results in driving growth.

Hands-on experience using LeadSquared, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable, or equivalent platforms to build automated workflows and acquisition campaigns.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.

A/B testing know-how; familiarity with experiment design and iterative testing to optimize performance.

Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of creating clear and persuasive messaging and content.
