Job Description:
Traditional workweek plus call and hospital responsibilities, including evenings and weekends
Minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week plus rounding and call
On-call schedule/ratio: 1/6 shared equitably with other employed OB/GYNs
Average patients a day: 20-25
Weekend schedule/ratio: 1/6 shared equitably with other employed OB/GYNs
Opportunity for an OB-GYN seeking a rural-style practice with the support of a large health system and a well-organized multispecialty group practice
Strong network of primary care clinics and specialty care providers
Support includes Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncologist, 4-bed Level II NICU, 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia, Emergency Department, and a SAMG network of 74 Primary & Specialty Care clinics
OB Hospitalist service available
NICU team follows a family-centered approach with outcomes exceeding national benchmarks
Retirement/move is the reason for coverage
Desired start date: ASAP
Practice setting: Rounds, Clinic
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC with Dax
Accepting Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates who will become Board Certified within 3 years of employment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Floating base with the max of $374,662

Submission Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Board Eligible (to become BC within 3 years of employment) or Board Certified in OB/GYN
OR license (or willing to obtain)
Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited obstetrics & gynecology residency program (note in "Additional Submission Details" field)
DEA (or willing to obtain)
CDS/CSR (or willing to obtain)
